Then, once we have confirmed that your free pass has been loaded to your account go to the Schedule page to check out our list of available classes, choose a ride that works for you and click on an available bike to book for first ride!

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your first class so we can familiarize you with the studio and get you setup on your bike.

ADVANCE BOOKING

Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance. Every day, classes on the same day a week later become bookable on a rolling basis throughout the day. For example - if today is Wednesday then all classes for today and the next 6 full days will be bookable right now. As we move through the day Wednesday, classes for the following Wednesday will go live throughout the day e.g. at 5:45 pm on Wednesday, the 5:45 class for the following Wednesday will go live.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

In an effort to ensure no rider goes without a bike, we enforce strict cancellation windows. The cancellation windows give us the opportunity to ensure that we have time to fill a bike in the event that someone has to cancel out of a class. Effective November 20, 2025 we have now implemented a two tier system of late cancellation windows as follows:

The following classes will now be subject to a 12 hour late cancel window:

6:15 am
9:00 am
10:15 am
12:00 noon
REV Empower

ALL CLASSES WHICH START AFTER 12:00 noon will still be subject to an 8 hour cancellation window

If you are a class package holder and wish to cancel, you must do so no less than 8 or 12 hours prior to the start of the class (see above). Any cancellations made inside of the cancellation window will be considered a ‘late cancel’ and the class credit will be not be returned to your account. If you are a monthly membership holder and wish to cancel, you must do so no less than 8 or 12 hours prior to the start of the class (see above). Any cancellations made inside of the cancellation window will be considered a ‘late cancel’ and will be subject to late cancellation fee of $17, or whatever the single class rate is at that point in time.

If you have booked a spot and you do not cancel and you do not show up, REVolve Cycle reserves the right to charge a No Show fee in the amount of $20.00. This is in addition to the loss of the class credit or charge in the case of unlimited monthly passholders.

The No Show fee will be charged to the credit card you have on file. If you do not have a credit card on file or the transaction does not go through, the fee will represent an outstanding charge against your account. REVolve Cycle reserves the right to suspend your ability to book classes until any outstanding fees have been paid.

HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?

Full house? No problem! Pop your name on to our waitlist.

If a spot opens up in the class up to 2 hours before the class start time, wait list participants will be added to the class in the order that they joined the list. If you get a spot you will be notified. If you are enrolled on the waitlist be sure to check for messages regularly so as not to miss your spot.

If a spot opens up in the class inside of 2 hours before class start time, a TEXT message will go out to everyone on the wait list and the spot(s) will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.

If you are on the waitlist, it is assumed you plan to ride. Once your name has been taken from the waitlist your account will be charged accordingly. If you get added to a class and have failed to remove yourself from the list within our cancellation window, standard cancellation fees will apply. IF YOU ARE ON THE WAITLIST AND YOU KNOW THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RIDE PLEASE ENSURE YOU REMOVE YOURSELF FROM THE WAITLIST TO AVOID LATE CANCEL/NO SHOW CHARGES.

ARRIVING LATE?

If you are not signed in to the class at least 5 minutes before the class is scheduled to begin, your bike may be given to a walk-in or those on the waitlist trying to get into the class. Please ensure you arrive early to claim your spot! Late entry will not be permitted into the studio once a class has started, due to safety.

The outside doors will be locked 5 minutes before the start time of every class. This ensures that everyone is on their bike and setup ready for the class to start on time.

WHAT TO WEAR?

Expect to sweat. We recommend comfortable athletic wear that is breathable and will allow you to sweat comfortably! You WILL sweat!

We provide shoes that are compatible with our pedals. If you choose to bring your own shoes they will need to be SPD compatible.
